About Me

Scott Morro is the author of Last Ups, The Cross Over, Danni’s Gift and What’s Brewing In Boston, Fortunate and The Washington Pursuit. His books have been translated into English only and consistently appear in the top echelon of The Express-Times bestseller list and throughout North America.

History, humor and the struggles of growing up lie at the heart of every Scott Morro novel.  It’s his passion, one he shares with his wife, Lisa, and their sons, Connor and Ryan. Since 2005,  Scott has spread his love of books, reading and writing, as well as attempting to stop the vandalism at the Indian Tower, a Northampton County and Moravian Historical Society landmark.  To date, Scott has spoken to thousands of students, dozens of books clubs, schools, colleges, reading conventions and libraries.

Scott was born and raised in Nazareth, Pennsylvania graduating from Moravian College, where he met his wife, Lisa, after pushing her car out of the snow. He is an elementary school reading teacher with more than 24 years experience.  He is a baseball fanatic, passionately rooting for the New York Yankees since he was 5 years old.  When he’s not teaching, reading or writing, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, going to concerts and listening to music.
